1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between users of the dc333 platform and all its services ("User" or "you") and the dc333 operator ("we", "us"). This Agreement is written in English and applies to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing dc333's website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on dc333 and use any gaming or betting services. Minors attempting to create an account are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

dc333 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. The wagering requirement is 10 times (10x).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

3.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• If any deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• dc333 reserves the right to change or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
• dc333 may confiscate a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on dc333 are currently accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Supported withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• dc333 reserves the right to verify any transaction to prevent money laundering.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or fraud, the balance may be frozen or confiscated.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the dc333 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely unbiased.

5.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface.

5.4 Sports Betting

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the dc333 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
• Hacking, intruding into the platform's software, or using automation tools.
• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Betting or playing on behalf of third parties (professional betting syndicates).
• Fraudulently collecting another user's information.
• Participating in any form of collusion or group fraud.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be confiscated. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure at User's Request

7.2 Suspension by dc333

dc333 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of these terms.
• Registration with false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• As required to remain compliant with applicable laws or regulations.

7.3 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, a decision to return or confiscate the balance will be made taking the relevant circumstances into account. This decision is at dc333's discretion.
